Last updated: 20 September 2026

Who we are. E. Chatzidimitriou LLC, 9 Stasandrou St, Office 103, 1060 Nicosia, Cyprus, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@hatzidimitriouvirtuallaw.com or on +1 (347) 403-4789.

What we collect. Through the forms on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and the information you give us about your family history or your case. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the content of those messages and any documents you attach. Through the payment form we collect the billing details you enter; card data is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by us.

Why we use it. To assess your enquiry, to reply to you, and, if you instruct us, to carry out the work on your case. Where you have consented, we also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing, as described below.

Legal basis. Your request and, where applicable, the performance of our engagement; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; your consent for non-essential cookies; and our legal and professional obligations.

Where the information is kept. Case information and documents are held in Clio, our case management system, which acts as a processor on our behalf, and in the firm’s email system. Website data is held with our hosting provider.

Who else may receive it. Only where it is necessary for your case: the competent Greek or Cypriot authorities, notaries, translators and consular authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies. The site uses cookies in four categories, which you control through the cookie banner: strictly necessary cookies, which cannot be switched off; analytics cookies, which tell us how the site is used; embedded video cookies, set when video content is loaded; and marketing cookies, set by our advertising partners. Where you allow marketing cookies, Facebook Advanced Matching and the Facebook Conversions API may receive hashed information such as your name, email address, telephone number or address, for ad measurement and audience targeting. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through “My Consent Preferences” in the footer.

Retention. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and case files for the period required by our professional and legal obligations.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to info@hatzidimitriouvirtuallaw.com.

International transfers. Some of our providers are established outside the European Economic Area.
Where that is the case, transfers are made under the safeguards provided by applicable data protection law.

Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
